About the position

Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a young, talented and motivated Agent of Change to fill in the gap between the Technical and Business teams using actionable and data-driven insights to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations and reports.

You will have the opportunity to interact with developers, clients, end-users, project managers, and leaders.

Ultimately, you will pull, analyze, and report data trends on the market, competition, and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting Research & Requirements

• Creating a detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and innovative solutions with their risks, benefits, and impacts

• Translating business requirements into technical requirements (user, functional, and non-functional requirements, in addition to business rules, assumptions, and limitations. 

• Assessing, Testing & Validating of solutions

• Processing change requests & analyzing the risks/impact on existing requirements

• Communicating the product vision and helping various stakeholders  understand the requirements, flow, complexity, and dependencies

• Gathering and analyzing data to develop processes, reduce costs, and identify business savings and fresh business opportunities

Skills

• Experience: 1 – 3 years

• BS/MS degree in CS, Business Informatics, BIS, or a related subject

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Clear understanding of reporting and regulatory requirements, key success factors, and performance indicators

• The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements

• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users

• Awareness of the latest trends in technology
