About This Position

34ML is holding an Internship with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in building websites and web apps. We are looking for a talented front-end developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• It will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

• Help in Building and testing websites and web apps

• Manage time appropriately and clearly communicate changes in effort or scope

• Help in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end

• Participate in API design and documentation

• Collaborate with designers to optimize design for the best UX with the most usable UI components

Skills

• Senior student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

• Understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks

• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Write solid, clean, readable, scalable, and maintainable code

• Extra points: Knowledge of VueJS
