About the Position
Our team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a talented HR Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will shape our people data strategy. You will go beyond reporting numbers to uncover the “why” behind our successes and challenges, helping us improve and scale. You will analyze performance and engagement data, generate actionable insights, and support initiatives that build a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.
Work Setup
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Hours: Flexible 8 hours/day. Core hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Location: Heliopolis
Responsibilities
Analyze recruitment data across platforms and sources to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of hires
Collect and analyze employee feedback (e.g., surveys, check-ins) to assess engagement and satisfaction
Conduct root cause analysis for underperformance and propose corrective actions
Design and support initiatives that promote a high-performance and feedback-driven culture
Identify cultural gaps and recommend initiatives to improve accountability, ownership, and collaboration
Identify trends and patterns related to retention and turnover, and highlight underlying risks and drivers
Maintain and continuously update members’ scorecards, including KSAs and relevant experience
Monitor the effectiveness of performance improvement plans (PIPs) and other interventions
Partner with stakeholders to recommend suitable team members for projects based on their KSAs and performance
Partner with team leads to align on performance expectations and improvement plans
Provide data-driven insights to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance
Track and analyze members’ performance data across teams and functions
Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g., time to hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate)
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people-related data
Data storytelling: the ability to explain complex data trends to non-technical managers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Bonus Points
Experience with HR systems or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Power Query)
Experience in a fast-paced or tech environment
Familiarity with competency frameworks and career pathing
Experience with SQL for querying HR databases
Knowledge of Egyptian labor law
