About the Position
Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a young, talented HR Admin to join our team, assist in our recruitment process, maintain our culture, and manage internal operations.
You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and fulfilling our team members.
You will have the opportunity to build relations and trust within the team.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, recruit, headhunt & interview candidates
Post job ads, organize resumes and job applications
Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process
Onboard new team members
Manage social insurance filing
Create job vacancies and manage hiring needs
Handle internal announcements & communications (Celebrations, Birthdays, Meetup, etc)
Organize training, team-building events, and activities for the team
Source vendors
Manage the company's medical insurance plan
Handle phone inquiries
Manage office supplies
Manage company expenses using online software tools
Skills
Experience: min 1 year
BS/MS degree in HR, Business Administration, Business informatics, Management or relevant field.
An ability to go out of the way to satisfy team members’ needs
Must be honest, positive, and adaptable
Willingness to learn and grow
