About the position:

Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a young, talented, and motivated Scrum master to join our team to manage project documentation, internal alignment meetings, stand-up meetings, task management, and enforce scrum rules and principles

You will have the ability to coordinate people and projects with your mind set on deliverables. You’re a strong communicator, a capable leader and you're invested in Agile frameworks.

You will be part of a team that handles several projects simultaneously for different customers and internal 34ML products

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in project planning, execution, and timely completion.

• Create and update project documentation adhering to agile framework guidelines.

• Contribute to project planning and scheduling using appropriate tools.

• Facilitate internal communication and foster effective collaboration.

• Set clear expectations and ensure compliance with technical specifications and agreements.

• Coordinate, moderate, and summarize project sprints and standups.

• Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers, and team members on various projects.

• Report and resolve conflicts, actively removing obstacles hindering project progress.

• Support manual testing projects for high-quality deliverables.

• Implement effective changes and promote a sense of ownership among team members.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.

• Monitor team dynamics, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

• Utilize relevant metrics, such as velocity and cycle time, for productivity improvement.

Skills:

• Experience: 0 – 3 years

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, Management, or relevant field.

• Excellent interpersonal & time management skills

• Strong documentation and note-taking skills.

• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks

• Willingness to learn more about different industries and technologies.

• Strong Multitasking skills as he/she will work on multiple projects at the same time.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with software development

• Good account management skills
